• You must be registered with Coffee County Schools to apply for CCVA.

• When you register for Coffee County Schools, you will select the physical school for which you are zoned.

• You will register through the school registrar at your zoned physical school, regardless if you have completed the application for CCVA.

• Once you complete the application, you will receive an email with the next step(s).

• Once you have completed the application process, you will be notified via email regarding the status of acceptance.

• Until your student is accepted, he or she must attend the zoned physical school.

• If you are accepted, CCVA will handle the transfer from your in-person school to our program.

• If you do not complete the application steps within the amount of time given, the application will be considered incomplete and will not be considered.

• CCVA only transfers students into or out of its program at the ends of semesters because this provides the smoothest transition for all parties involved. (This means that you are dedicated to a whole semester once you enter the program and complete orientation.)

• Submitting an application does not imply acceptance into the program.

• You only need to submit 1 application per student. Submitting more than 1 application per student will slow down the process.

• CCVA is a public virtual school, not a home school program or credit recovery program, so we follow all TN State Department of Education guidelines for academics, attendance laws, and testing.

• Some in-person or live session attendance is required.
